Welcome to Buizy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to support business builders. By accessing or using Buizy, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Buizy provides tools for entrepreneurs to ideate and build their businesses, offering resources to streamline the process from idea to execution. Our platform is intended for business builders seeking innovative solutions to bring their visions to life.

Buizy is owned and operated by a private individual or entity. Access to the platform is subject to these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations.

User Responsibilities

By using Buizy, you agree to comply with the following responsibilities and restrictions to ensure a safe and lawful environment for all users:

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities while using Buizy, including but not limited to:

Participating in any illegal activities or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the platform.
Spamming, distributing malware, or engaging in any activities that disrupt the platform's functionality.
Sharing or uploading content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

2. Content and Information

Buizy allows users to answer questions and contribute content to the platform. However:

You must not upload, share, or submit personal, sensitive, or confidential information in any form, as it may be processed by third-party applications.
By submitting any content, you grant Buizy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your contributions for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing the platform.

3. Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Buizy complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection regulations.

Account Creation and Security

To access and use Buizy, all users must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to the following terms regarding account setup and security:

1. Account Creation

Account creation is required to use Buizy's services and features. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. Your account credentials (e.g., username and password) must meet any applicable security requirements outlined during registration.

2. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Buizy is not liable for unauthorized access or activity resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

3. Third-Party User Management

Buizy utilizes third-party services, including Kinde, for account management and authentication. By using Buizy, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party services as applicable.

4. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet any eligibility requirements, including but not limited to age and intended use of the platform for business-building purposes.

Payments and Billing

Buizy operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following payment and billing terms:

1. Payment Terms

Subscriptions to Buizy are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through a third-party provider, Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions, which can be found here. Accepted payment methods include those supported by Stripe, such as major credit cards and other available options.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided under certain circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues affecting service functionality or dissatisfaction with the service. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@buizy.app. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing Changes

Buizy reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. If a price change occurs, users will be informed in advance via email. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes are applied.

4. No Trial Periods

Buizy does not offer trial periods. All subscriptions are charged at the beginning of the billing cycle.

Termination and Suspension

1. Termination by Users

Users may cancel their subscription and terminate their account at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and users will not be charged for subsequent cycles.

2. Termination by Buizy

Buizy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately under the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws.
Non-payment of subscription fees.
Misuse of the platform, including but not limited to activities that disrupt the service, harm other users, or violate acceptable use policies.

In cases of termination due to misuse or violation of terms, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

3. Post-Termination Data Management

Upon termination, users may request that their data be deleted. Buizy will make reasonable efforts to anonymize or delete user data from our systems. Data stored on third-party services, including but not limited to payment processors and account management platforms, cannot be fully deleted by Buizy. However, such data will be anonymized where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buizy and its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, and third-party providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the platform.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
Any errors, bugs, or technical interruptions in the platform.
Loss of data or other intangible losses arising from the use of Buizy.

Buizy provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

2. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Buizy, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Buizy's support team at support@buizy.app.

3. Exceptions to Arbitration

Claims relating to intellectual property rights or unauthorized use of the platform may be brought directly in a court of competent jurisdiction in Finland.

Changes to the Terms

Buizy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make changes, we will notify users by:

Posting the updated Terms on our website.
Sending an email to the address associated with your account, where applicable.

Any changes will become effective on the date specified in the notice. By continuing to use Buizy after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue using the platform.
